Loan and Servicing Information
The information provided on this Site does not represent a commitment to lend. Loan applications are required. They typically (a) require full documentation and (b) are subject to underwriting approval and collateral requirements. Not all applicants will be approved. Loans are secured by liens against properties. Terms, conditions and restrictions apply. Fees and charges apply and may vary by state, product, and loan amount. Interest rates are subject to change without notice. If an applicant does not lock in a rate at application, that rate may not be available at loan commitment, lock-in or closing. Indemnification

Enforceability and Governing Law
These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and 7 Servicing governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee (United States of America), with the exception of its conflicts of law provisions. In the event any of the terms or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall be unimpaired and the unenforceable term or provision shall be replaced by such enforceable term or provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable term or provision. These Terms of Use shall be subject to any other agreements you have entered into with 7 Servicing. You agree that venue and jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of the Terms of Use shall be in Anderson County, Tennessee.
